2012 Frankfurt Fellows Named

Sixteen members of the publishing industry, from across the globe, have been named as the 2012 winners of the Frankfurt Book Fair Fellowship Program. Over 80 people, from 39 countries, applied to the program, which begins 10 days before the book fair starts (on October 10), and which facilitates networking in the international publishing landscape. Specifically, the program allows fellows to attend meetings with industry professionals in Frankfurt, Cologne and Berlin, in order to get a handle on the German book market. This year's moderator is Paul Witlatch, a senior editor at Scribner and a 2011 fellow.
